Mission
Our goal is to enable everyone to significantly improve their lives. Dancing is a tool we use to do this, we focus on community, connection and growth.
We are a team of humble learning-centred dancers who take pleasure in the development of other people and look forward to welcoming like-minded individuals.

Free weeknight lessons
Quarterly team 3hr training with external teachers
Subsidised for team socials – meals, hangouts
Free tickets for 1 weekender events/festival a year

Roles
Teaching Couples: Pay £80 - £30 per class per couple dependant on experience, + benefits below
Team Leaders: Pay £7.5 per class per class, + benefits above. needs to be confident in giving feedback to the room. 4 years dancing of experience required dancing at festivals and internationally.
Team Members: Free Classes, + benefits below. needs to be confident in giving feedback 1 to 1 within the circle. 3 years dancing of experience required dancing at festivals and internationally.
Admin team: Pay £12 per hour, don't need to be a dancers, videography a bonus.
