Monthly Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Commitment

1.1. Our monthly membership is designed to support consistent learning and a thriving dance community. By joining, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
1.2. This helps us maintain class quality, secure venues, and support our teachers.
1.3. If you choose to stop attending during this period, the remaining payments for the minimum term will still be due.

2. Payments

2.1. Membership fees are paid monthly in advance via your chosen payment method.
2.2. Payments are collected automatically each month.
2.3. If a payment fails, access to classes may be paused until the issue is resolved.

3. Cancellations

3.1. After the initial 3-month commitment, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.
3.2. You may cancel at any time after this by giving at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
3.3. If notice is given later than this, the following month’s payment may still be taken.
3.4. Your membership will remain active until the end of your paid period.

4. Refunds & Attendance

4.1. Payments are generally non-refundable, as your membership secures your place in the community and classes.
4.2. We understand that life happens — refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
4.3. Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over.

5. Breaks & Holidays

5.1. As a small community-led school, we may occasionally need to pause classes.
5.2. This may include:

  • Up to 2 weeks of classes off per year (e.g. during summer or due to teacher illness)

  • A 2-week closure over the Christmas period

5.3. These breaks are already factored into the pricing of your membership and do not entitle members to refunds or extensions.
5.4. We will always aim to give as much notice as possible.

6. Changes to Classes

6.1. We may occasionally make changes to venues, schedules, or teachers where necessary.
6.2. We’ll always do our best to keep things consistent and communicate any changes clearly.

7. Community, Safety & Respect

7.1. We are proud to foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive dance environment.
7.2. All members agree to follow our Consent & Safety Policy:

7.3. Behaviour that goes against this policy may result in removal from classes and cancellation of membership without refund.

8. Cooling-Off Period

8.1. If you sign up online, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
8.2. If you attend classes during this time, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the classes you’ve used.

9. Pricing

9.1. We may occasionally review and update our prices.
9.2. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to future billing cycles.

10. Liability

10.1. Dance is a physical activity, and participation is at your own risk.
10.2. We are not responsible for injuries except where caused by our negligence.

11. Final Notes

11.1. These terms help us run a sustainable school while keeping things fair for everyone.
